At Vetonnix, your pet’s safety and wellbeing come first. If there is an issue with your order, we will review it fairly and in line with UK consumer protection laws. The prices of our products are as displayed on the Vetonnix online store and are subject to change from time to time. We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices are accurate at the time they are entered onto our system.
Price changes will not affect any order that has already been confirmed by us.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate, where required by law. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay accordingly, unless you have already paid for the order in full before the change takes effect.
Any discount or promotional codes issued by Vetonnix are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which may include eligibility criteria, validity periods, usage limits, and product exclusions.
Discount codes are non-transferable. They have no cash value. Certain products may be excluded from promotions. Codes shared via email or other channels are confidential and must not be share
2. Refunds or replacements may be approved if:
. The product arrives damaged or defective
. You receive an incorrect product
. The order is cancelled before dispatch
. To be eligible, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
3. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
. Opened pet supplements
. Used pet supplements
. Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
. Promotional or discounted items (unless faulty)

5. Refund Processing Time
. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
. Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
You can get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Cancellation typically takes 7 days after confirming by calling +44 7754856966 or by emailing us at info@vetonnix.com or as per the medium provided. If your order has been dispatched but not yet delivered, please do not accept delivery, and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In the case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our return policies.
Cancellations which are not due to a defect or discrepancy are only accepted if the customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and then follows the returns procedure.
Within 3 days after receipt of the goods, the customer must contact vetonnix in writing via the contact details above or any designated medium provided by vetonnix, following which, they must be returned to us within 7 days. The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items received. It is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to vetonnix. We will consider that the customer has not taken reasonable care if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Any refund will be made within 3-4 days of receipt of the customer’s returned products.
